Advanced Energy names Kevin Thomas VP of Customer Satisfaction

Fort Collins, Colorado (September 7, 1999) – Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq NM: AEIS) has named Kevin Thomas Vice President of Customer Satisfaction. Mr. Thomas will have direct responsibility for reliability engineering, technical support and product repair services, customer quality, compliance engineering, and document services. In announcing the new appointment, Hollis Caswell, AE’s President and COO, said, “Kevin has a strong track record in strengthening customer relations and managing organizations well. His familiarity with our manufacturing and business processes has proven very effective in working with customers and internal groups alike.” Mr. Thomas is replacing Fred Weaver who has moved to AE’s Senior VP of Operations.

 

Mr. Thomas has been with AE for 11 years, most recently as Director of Global Support. Before that, he was an AE Director of Manufacturing for several of AE’s product lines.
